BS: Kendall multitasking

24 Mar 08 - 10:20 AM (#2296497)
Subject: BS: Kendall multi-tasking
From: jacqui.c

We recently bought an exercise bike so that Kendall can keep up with the daily exercise that was started after his recent heart problems. He can sit back and cycle whilst watching TV, which pleases him no end.

However, the other day there was nothing to watch on TV while he was cycling and so he decided to try multi-tasking..............

You can see the result here......

Life is generally interesting around the Cap'n.

Here is what I posted on the flickr website:

There are some places where the ability to run, and playing the banjo, are both necessary requisites for survival. But if his saggy arse decides to take up bodhran, give me a little notice, OK?. I want to be sure to be out of the blast zone.

Love,

Mick

Was he acutally moving? That's the trouble with still photography, you can't really tell. Next time post a YouTube link with motion and music! :)

The Old Dope Pedlar

When the shades of night are falling,
Comes a fellow everyone knows.
It's the old dope peddler,
Spreading joy wherever he goes.

Every evening you will find him,
Around our neighborhood.
It's the old dope peddler
Doing well by doing good.

He gives the kids free samples,
Because he knows full well
That today's young innocent faces
Will be tomorrow's clientele.

Here's a cure for all your troubles,
Here's an end to all distress.
It's the old dope peddler
With his powdered happiness.

Tom Lehrer.

Next stage?

Here is a man doing something odd and probably obscene to a banjo. It is not Kendall in his earlier years, however.

jacqui,

Here's what you need to do to keep the Capr'n at it... No, not that... The danged bike thing... Get a small generator for the bike and let the Capt'n make his own lectricity for the TV... So when he's in the middle of a good "I Love Lucy" episode he won't be able to regress to the couch...

I think it's too late for that. He had a banjo in his hand and he obviously knew how to use it.

ROTFLMAO!

Bobert - I had thought about that but I think that the language that would happen if he lost the TV in the middle of Judge Judy just might be too much for poor Seamus to cope with.

SINS - I agree with you about I Love Lucy - that really would destroy any street cred he has left right now.

Hey, I think Eb is on to somethin here, Capt'n...

What you need now is an agent...
