Sadly another actress has gone to the great theatre in the sky. Hazel Court died on April 15th aged 82. She will probably be best remembered for her roles in such films as "Dr. Blood's Coffin" and "The Raven".
At peace.

I saw The Raven recently and laughed out loud when I realized that the handsome Prince Charming was a very young Jack Nicholson. Hazel screamed her way to fame in the 50s in a whole slew of low budget horror films. A beautiful lady even with mouth wide open.
RIP

Sorry to hear it - there goes another part of my formative years.
Anyway, I take comfort in the fact that she can't really be dead - she was bitten on numerous occasions by vampires!

I was distantly related to Hazel Court -who was first cousin of my Aunt Cecily - gone but not forgotten

I used to fancy her! She was one of the few really sexy UK actresses back in the 50s when most British actresses came over so prim and proper.
