Jayto and Bankley Cowritten songs.

Hi ya'll I thought I would let you know I have put up 2 new songs on my myspace account. They are performed by fellow mudcatter Bankley. Bankley and I cowrote these songs together. He recorded them and sent them to me. I love them Bankley is an incredible writer, singer, musician, and person. They were not really intended to be put up but I loved Bankley's version of them so much I had to put them on there. I have been delayed on my recording due to a recent death in the family. Hopefully soon I will have some new recordings of me on there.
Thanks
JT

Thanks ya'll I appreciate it. I think Ron did a great job on them. I am not playing or singing on the first two. Ron and I wrote them together and he recorded them. The rest on my page is me. I just wanted to make sure I pointed that out because Bankley truly deserves all the credit for the performance of those two. I appreciate it.
Thanks
JT

that's one of the cool things about the Cafe... you get to 'meet' and collaborate with people you wouldn't ordinarily have 'come across' on the other backroads and avenues of daily life...
there's a lot of talent around here, so it's nice when things get recorded and shared...   but the 'dance' versions will cost you !!

I'll get the tunes off to youse/all later... R.

Thanks Bankley I can't wait to jam with you man. That mp3 of change is the only one I have. I don't know what happened to the other you sent me. It just vanished somehow. That is why I posted that version. Doesn't matter man great is great and your arrangment and performance of them were just the Great.

Oh yeah Bankley mentioned he Sleepy Hollow Boys site. That is another site that you can get on that has alot more uhm eclectic style to it. I laughed and told Ron it can be our alter ego site lol. I don't have time right now but I will post a link on this thread soon. I have to run to a gig right now but when I get time I will. It is on my top friends The Sleepy Hollow Boys.

AT LAST, Thanks, both of you.

OK, here goes: I do not like 'Feathers' and IMO it's not a good song. I love it and it's GREAT.

Ahem, ahem. I modestly declare that I know these guys. The songs get at my guts. Ron, your next CD is going to be more than impressive. This is your best work to date and please have faith in that.

Did I mention I am on a first-name basis with these guys?

ya Peace... you had me goin' there for a second... thanx, and comin' from you, what else can I say ?... you know it's all about chemistry, when you have a connection with someone, the inspiration rolls both ways... after listening to 'motH' a gazillion times, while working on it, I guess something rubbed off... then Jayto shows up with his thumpick a-blazin' and some really gritty lyric ideas, based on his experience and it's kinda like falling off a log.... just natural... so maybe, just maybe we can come up with some 3-way compositions over the next few months, some songs that we wouldn't normally have thought about in our own corners... that's how 'Feathers' and 'Change' came to pass....
