From: GUEST,Rossey Dundee singer Dennis Clancy also recorded the song in a pretty decent Scottish tenor version..recently reissued. Dating back to a time when they had good production values on Decca and Pye, using actual musicians. It is formally MCPS/PRS registered as a co-write of Ian Gourlay and Ross Crawford, published by Kerrs Music Ltd. Nice to see it correctly credited with the current video here. Too often these re-issues have incorrect or missing details. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9Oe4EyISUk |
