Especially for dancing. And stretching exercises help in the warm-up process. The importance for dancing is that when tendons or muscles give way suddenly you can have consequential injuries and they may not be your own! |

I have serious problems from years of keeping a heavy slide on the little finger whilst shaping full chords in standard tuning. My acupuncturist is also a GP and the combined orthodox/alternative approach is what has kept me functioning for years. I also have proper sports physio hand massage as well. I also excercise my hands and wrists thoroughly every day. I'm 55 and I want to do this a while longer before the great fishing boat beckons!! |

When my broken wrist mended I found a 'powerball' very good therapy and quite good fun. But then again I am easily amused:-) DeG |
