I had many great nights in the back of Ollie's in Mullagh since the early 80s up until it closed. Ollie was always a great host, and always a great encouragement to a visiting musician. Many - if not most - of the best Irish sessions I've ever heard were in Conway's, and for that I will always be grateful. May he rest in peace. |
