Drummer reqd for Friday Harrogate Yorks

This is not a folk thing at all!

All three drummers (usual one plus two others who stand in occasionally) that we sometimes play with are unable to play a gig on Friday because of an unfortunate set of circumstances including illness so we are really struggling. In desperation I am posting here amongst other places. If anyone knows anyone who might be able to step in at very short notice and practically no practice can you pm or let me know - I know it's a long shot.

It's a 6 piece covers band playing rocky, poppy things and nothing enormously complex. I have examples of what we play which I can get to someone.

Fee would only be £40 or £50 but we are keen not to have to cancel as don't like to let people down at short notice.

That's kind Alex but we ended up finding two drummers who could do it only to then find that the venue had made a cock up and double booked - so we are re-booked for next June :)

Thanks though
