Here is a simple fast way to say thank you. Choose a card designed by a US child, add a note and send. http://www.letssaythanks.com/ThankYou.aspx |
08 Dec 09 - 04:59 PM (#2784074) Subject: RE: BS: A Way To Thank the US Troops From: gnu I send thanks to a particular US outfit a couple of times a year in the form of an open letter and a small anonymous donation for their vets. I try to make a joke or two and just let them know I appreciate their duty, politics be damned (not quite in those words). I have hoped many times that others do the same... for outfits from their areas or whatever. I do the same for a Canuck outfit that is near and dear to my heart. Wonderful idea, SINS. Thanks. |

Thing is, I hadn't sent a message - I was simply opening the site? |

Preferably someplace with fair members of the opposite sex, good fellowship, good drinks, and nothing that goes "BOOM" in the night. |
