BUT...one notes that the exemption can be revoked in the event of...., so how's about a level playing field. Any chance of closing the odd football ground when they get complaints of noise, vandalism, violence, traffic problems and yobs pissing in my flower beds? All well known problems with folk clubs and village halls (whose licences may, of course, be revoked...). No, thought not. Silly me. |
