08 Apr 97 - 09:39 AM (#3996) Subject: Tweedle-O-Twill? From: Bill Foster Following a performance a week or so ago, an older gentleman who was in the audience asked me if I had heard an old song by the name of "tweedle-o-twill," which his grandmother sang to him. I gathered that these words were part of a refrain, but I was stumped; nobody in my family sang such a song. Does anyone out there have any suggestions? |
