23 Aug 99 - 04:40 PM (#107782) Subject: searching member list? From: Cara Hey, this new posting protocol is cool. I haven't started a thread since the rebuild I guess. I love it. But my question in this: can I still search the list of members? Didn't there used to be a drop down menu you could access when sending a personal message that had everyone's Mudcat name? Is that feature gone or am I just too technically inept to find it? |

Cara, if you go to the quick links thing above, and select "Send a personal message" it will put you to where a similar little box is which tells you to enter a 'Catter's codename. If you enter anything close to the right name and click "GO", a portion of the listing from that part of the alphabet will pop up. Then you can select from that list. Or, if you just want to scroll through the entire membership, don't enter any name at all and click the "GO". |
