'Total Eclipse' - Blind Fiddler's ebook

After twelve years and more of research I have decided to publish the research on Sheffield's Blind Fiddlers 1780 to 1840 as an ebook. Now folkie ebooks are a bit hin on the ground so this is something of a wild experiment. Details of how to get a copy are on the Hallamshire Traditions website and all proceeds of this 61 page ebook will go to the fund to place a plaque on the building where the Blind Fiddlers once met. We want to celebrate the extraordinary achievement of this group of musicians and their mentor Samuel Goodlad. If you don't know anything about them this is the definitive publication - in fact it's the only publication!

Excellent.

Will it work on an Ipad?

Yes Dave, it works on both iPad and iPod Touch but best on the iPad.

Cheers Stewart. It is useful for folks to get the basic flavour of the BFs and who they were. The ebook version is my complete annotated research which poses some questions not found anywhere else. By the way it's not a very good photo of me though. :-)
