I have had difficulties either receiving Utube videos and certainly trying to load new ones. Either IO get the sound but no picture or it refuses to down load saying there is a problem. Luckily I have an old Flash Player Download and using that sorts out the problem. Al |

From: Steve in Sidmouth There were some issues with an update version - people went back to 9 rather than 10.2 Symptoms included a blank white screen or inability to view at full screen. My system suffered for a while, the recommended cure was to reduce hardware acceleration in the video, but that was a partial solution. After a few days it corrected itself so I guess a bug was fixed somewhere with an update. Some posts said it was related to old video cards - rubbish because a very old computer of mine was OK whereas a more modern one with a much faster card suffered the white screen symptoms. As far as I know it is resolved with latest updates. |
