This Sunday from 7pm Billy will be hosting the session at the Marquis Of Granby, Waddinghm, Lincolnshire - just off the A15 north of Caenby corner. 11 Apr 11 - 04:08 AM (#3132858) Subject: RE: new session Waddingham From: GUEST,Dáithí Hi Rockhen - yep was lovely - about 9 of us there from 7 till late (I left at 1.30 and a few folks were still playing). we had a couple of singers, guitars, fiddle, whistls, accordion thingies and a good variety of music - from irish tradand folk to English gigues, modern country style folk, ..even a bit of blues harp ! great crowd! It takes place on the First and Last Sunday of each month now -hope to see some more local musicians drop by we never seem to get any of the Gainsborough crowd, sadly! Best wishes D |
