I don't know which one Dick used in DT but Lomax has a version in one of his books (I think it's Folksong USA) and there are many. Woody Guthrie also had a version of it. It was includud in Harry Smith's Anthology which has been reissued. Smith's recordings opened up a whole new world for me and thousands of others in the early 1950's.
