22 Sep 99 - 09:58 PM (#116672) Subject: RE: calling England(for help) From: j0_77 Get the address of the local Police Station and write to them - if they think you've a very good reason to locate these people they will help. However they may not help since only family is allowed to do this kind of thing, otherwise you may advertise in the local paper of that 'Borough' be sure it is the local paper not The Daily Express for example, another easier way is call the Japanese Consul's office. |
23 Sep 99 - 07:09 AM (#116763) Subject: RE: calling England(for help) From: GeorgeH It might be worth ringing one of the other Kitanos, then, if they are in the London area. Many people choose not to be in email directories who are happy to be included in phone directories, and as far as I know there are no national email databases (WHAT a treat they would be for "spammers"). The problem in getting help tracing people like this is that the people who might be in a position to help have no way of ensuring that your motives in the quest are good. But good luck with the investigation!! G. |
