The members have been forbidden from knowing anything about the trial or charges. They consider him a martyr. The women and children in FLDS were born and raised in this system that controls and exploits them. It will be difficult for them to change their thinking and accept that their "prophet" is convicted of sex crimes. This is the same group that burned the donated books to the library that was trying to be established after Jeffs banned books (on an older thread). Former members have created groups to help those who are still behind the locked doors of the different locations of the FLDS in the US and Canada.
