I go on at 2:45... If I come in first then I can represent the CBS at the IBC (International Blues Challenge) in Memphis next February... Not too sure if I want to do that as I've been to it and it's expensive and cold... First things first... Anyone in the area, come on down... The Double Door is the closest thing to a real juke joint as you'll find in NC... B~ |

We were in Memphis last Feb for the Folk Alliance, and the weather was 60's, if you go check out Alcenia's. http://alcenias.com/ just down the street from the Marriott. Great food, great art (I mean the whole restaurant is a piece of art), and Alcenia gave gave us a kiss on the check when we sat down.
