12 Nov 11 - 06:27 AM (#3255449) Subject: RE: Padwell FolkMoot - 2nd & 4th Thursday From: Padwell FolkMoot Full address of the pub is: The Padwell Arms, Stone Street, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN15 0LQ. We meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month for an evening of contemporary and traditional folk music. The next meeting is on Thursday November 24th when the featured artists will be Ty and Ayesha Watling. There will be floor spots. This is a lovely traditional country pub with local real ale at under £3 a pint and food. It has recently been taken out of administration and the new owner is very keen to make it a community pub. There is a facebook page: Padwell FolkMoot - if you are on facebook please go to the page and click Like, you will then get regular updates. Hope to see you at a Padwell FolkMoot Geoff Easeman |

My family come from near there and I would love to have some locally collected material. I have drawn a blank apart from one from Ightham about the Boxing Day Hot Coin Throwing Scramble, which I remember my Mum telling me about |
