I generally prefer to hear Coogan, rather than watching him, but it looks like a possibility. |

He had almost no funny lines but his facial reactions were priceless. By the way, if you have not seen Hot Fuzz, the writing, especially the last half hour, lives up to the surreal standard set by Shaun of The Dead. |

From: GUEST,Hookey Wole "The Trip" series is, if not a direct sequel, a sort of companion piece to the earlier movie " Tristram Shandy: A Cock and Bull Story (2005)". which polarised critics and viewers into 'love it or hate it' positions. Both need to be viewed in the context of Brit comedians Coogan & Brydon's long established high profile tabloid / paparazzi media personas. So it's interesting how well the humour carries to a USA audience ? |

April 5 2012 They were easily the two funniest films I have seen in the past for or five years. Carol and I laughed out loud many times and had to rewind several times in each movie to repeat what we had missed while laughing. The movies could hardly have been more different but they had Coogan in common. , |
