26 Apr 12 - 07:56 PM (#3343785) Subject: two new dance tune video clips From: GUEST,Warren Fahey G'day everyone on this wonderful resource. Last week I put up two video clips of the newly formed Australian Bush Orchestra and there has been over 500 hits already. The 'Orchestra' is made up of my fellow members of The Larrikins plus some grand ring-ins. The music mostly comes from the 19th century and on our album we evoke the music of the early dances (polka, Varso, schottische etc) and the iconic bush campfire. The clips have some terrific images from the National Library of Australia and an ABC TV program I produced in 1972 showing one of the last of the real old time bush dances.
