It's not certain how the increased TV, Billboard and phone company income will trickle down to the masses, but, I guess, it's one way of getting more cash into circulation. |

Yeah, sure. It was so they could buy votes with a pony (ten ponies in a gallon for those that don't know). Of course, rich candidates could hand out pints. |
