I'm working on a project about Atlantic Canadian disaster songs (http://disastersongs.ca) and I have his recording of "Black Ribbons" listed. However, I know nothing about Poirier himself or the song, which is apparently not by him. "Black Ribbons" apparently appeared on his 2001 self-produced album, *Behind a Voice.* I would appreciate any leads! |
