Can you quote any more lines from it? That might help.

Its a song
these are the first 2 verses
Im only a lad of a rambler thats never contented at home,My mind is on women and dancing and its all by myself i do roam
One evenin i went for a ramble and not very far from my home i picked up with a nice little damsel oh hello love says i am i going
She says my young man youre too forward ,your features i nere saw before
(I think thats the start
(Then they kiss)(Later on it goes) WE SAT THERE FOR NEARLY THREE HOURS till the clock it struck half past ten(something something something ) "Oh the corns they are at me again This time i kissed like a devil till i thought theyd come out through her boots she said my young man that ill do you the corns they are out from the roots,But now ive retired from that business and i speak with the oldest of men and if ever the humour comes on me ill go out curing corns again THE END

I have tried Googling with several phrases from your quote and am coming up with nothing.

One evening I went for a ramble
It being not far from my home
When I met with a sweet little colleen
And hello love I says where you going

I led her along by the arm
Til we came to an old fashioned stile
And says she my poor feet are all corns
Would you mind sitting down for a while

We stayed there for two hours or longer
We stayed there til the clock it struck 10
Then she hung down her head and shyly she said
Those corns are at me again

I kissed her again like the devil
Till I thought she'd jump out of her boots
Oh says she young man take it easy
For they're coming out by the roots

Now I am sick of this business
And women gone out of my head
I roll home at 6 in the morning
And tumble myself into bed

And when I awake for the breakfast
and hear how loudly I snored
with the blankets and sheets wrapped around me
And the porter thrown out on the floor

Well now I am grown into manhood
And go out with the oldest of men
But whenever the humour comes on me
I'll go curing the corns again.

I have an old recording of my grandfather singing it not long before he died. The quality isn't great, but there is a part in in it he sings. I grabbed her by the neck and I kissed her and I gave her a hell of a squeeze.
