There's every chance you've already heard of it - country, folk and blues music played in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's going to be a really beautiful event and, I feel, very much suited to the Mudcat following. C-FaB, as noted above, is a lovely festival packed with music, workshops, home-cooked meals from the Forty Winks Bistro, and even an open-air cinema which runs until 02:00 each night. On Sunday there's an amateur blues round-up which will be presided over by Hull's Warren Records, and the winner will receive a free recording session, so that's definitely something to think about. We'll also be enjoying performances from Magic Lantern, Jess Morgan, Deuce Manouche, Half-Deaf Clatch, Mr Cottonhouse, Andrea Ferguson, Iza Moon, The Lootbeggars, King Lear, Si Hayden, Mr Turkey Jones, Sarah Johns Music Party, Enda McCabe, Purcy Flaherty, The Shakers, Martyn Roper, Sunny & Boo, Seren the Heron, The Unknown Stuntmen, Belle Blue, Grace and the Magic Roots and North Road, and many more besides. It's going to be a really memorable event, I think. Tickets are £50 and include access to the entire festival, camping and parking. Juveniles (17-19) can attend for just £20.
