It's in Oniell's. I agree, it is a great tune. Try Monighan's also, it's a jig but tonaly very simalar to Kitty... If you don't have an Oniell"s let me Know maybe I can help.

Cheers Marc

"Kitty come down from Limerick" isn't in the webwide ABC index, nor can I find it in O'Neill's three largest tune collections. May we have a precise citation of title, tune# or page#, and title of any work where it may be found.

Try out this abc for a slip jig Will You Come Down to Limerick? along with The Gold Ring in a 1990 message at Ir-Trad=L

The Fiddler's Companion index lists it solely on a recording, Green Linnet GLCD 1155.

Well there is discussion at Irish Trad-L about a slip jig called both 'Kitty Come Down to Limerick' and 'Will You Come Down to Limerick'. I gave a link to one message at that website which includes an abc of a tune with the latter name.

Thank you for the HELP. Will You Come down to Limerick? is the tune I asked.

The same tune was called 'Kitty Come Down from Limerick' in the one of recordings of The Dubliners were I hear it.

Thanks!

Is that a new name for "Kitty's Rambles to Youghal"?

I'm glad to see that the Ir-Trad link I offered earlier was successful. By the way, someone suggested on another thread Tommy People's page where it is stated that Kitty Come Down to Limerick is published in the O'Neill collection.

It in this thread! But seemingly incorrect.
