He was once a familiar sight busking in either Canterbury, Folkestone or elsewhere in East Kent dressed authentically at any musician from le Centrale Massif. Known also under his pseudonym Drohne, Phil lived at Minster in Thanet and, am told, was active musically until fairly recently, performing at a concert at St Nicholas-at-Wade parish church. He has numerous recordings under his name. |
