I can think of a few similar phrases but not that exact one. Thanks. By song lyrics, I mean traditionals or hymns older than early 20th Century--not Bob Dylan's! |

It's from Isaiah 21:6, and it's the title of the long-lost Harper Lee sequel to To Kill a Mockingbird. The phrase is also found in Dylan's All Along the Watchtower.
