Lesley Gore, a non-smoker died of lung cancer at New York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan New York, according to her partner of 33 years Lois Sasson. Well known for songs like, "It's My Party", "Judy's Turn To Cry", "You Don't Own Me" and many other songs. As a very young girl I used to sing along to all her songs on the radio. RIP Lesley Gore. |
