Jerry Donahoe, Gerry Conway and Pat Donaldson were original members, along with the late Sandy Denny and Trevor Lucas. Kathryn Roberts is a fine singer, but I'm unfamiliar with PJ Wright and Sally Barker. Please tell me about them. Wish I could get to the shows! |

Wright is a guitarist who played with the Stve Gibbons Band, the Dylan Project and Little Johnny England, and as a session musician with e.g. Chris While & Julie Matthews and Ashley Hutchings. Sally Barker is a great folk and blues singer/songwriter and a founding member of the Poozies. I have fond memories of them when they toured Germany in the 1990s quite a lot. She had been a bit out of the public eye when she took time off after her husband's death to take care of the family, but had a spectacular comeback last year when she nearly won a talent constest show on BBC One. |
