Lyr Req: 'Well I woke up this morning'

Derek Brimstone used to sing a humorous blues send-up fragment which went:

"Well I woke up this morning
Lord knows I woke up yesterday morning too!
Yeah I woke up this morning
Lord knows I woke up yesterday morning too!
If I wake up tomorrow morning,
That'll be three days in a row!"

Years after I last heard Derek do this, I injected it as a humorous interlude into a brief pause in a session in Bristol, and after the laughter died down a girl there said she thought there was more of the song than that. I asked her if she could find out, but nothing ever came of it.

But reminded of that just now in these days of the internet, can anyone here help?

TIA

One of my all-time favourite cartoons depicted a funeral in Mississippi. A roadside sign for the local paper read "Famous blues singer dies" and there were thought bubbles coming from the coffin. In the top bubble were the words "Apparently I didn't wake up this morning!"
