02 Jul 15 - 03:40 AM (#3720450) Subject: RE: BS: Maradonna for FIFA president? From: GUEST,The hand of Musket Yeah. One N. I thought it looked odd when he posted it but missed my chance to be smug and superior. Bugger. Like Steve, I reckon you can't, try as you might, get away from what a huge talent the bloke was on the pitch. If it wasn't for the hand of God goal, we'd still be talking about his other goal... Still. FIFA seems a natural place for him to get comfy in. Not too comfy though because I respect his talent whereas FIFA merely means a bunch of crooks who steal money designated for bringing joy to kids in poor countries and fawning over corrupt presidents of shit countries who indulge in back scratching corruption with them. Hanging is too good for them. They have brought my beautiful game into disrepute and to be frank, FIFA needs disbanding and starting again once the present leadership are all in the prisons that await them and Russia and Qatar are staring at half built stadiums and half baked plans to gain international respect. |
