Lyr Req: Song about changed meaning of words

A couple of years ago I had the great pleasure of hearing a very amusing song being sung on my bus about the way the meaning of certain English words has changed in relatively recent times. The only part I can remember was something like "when smack meant a clip round the ear". I don't know if the song was composed by the singer or not but would be very grateful if anyone has any leads in tracking down this song.

Sounds brilliant! I look forward to the learned Catters providing the verses.

There is this... not at all what you're seeking, but fun.
