18 Jan 17 - 04:46 AM (#3833307) Subject: RE: Chapel en le Frith - Sessions etc From: GUEST Hello Marc, There is a tune session at Glossop labour club every Friday night from 9pm where a novice fiddle player would be made very welcome. I'm usually there with my concertina. (http://www.glossoplabourclub.org.uk/activities.html) Also Old Vic Stockport 2nd and 4th Wednesdays You might also be interested in the Beech Band - they play from tune books so good for beginners who don't have a million tunes in their heads yet. http://www.folkatthebeech.org/ Rachel |

I might be there permanently from late March - still undecided about the move but a warm welcome for me and my fiddle is a box that definitely needs to be ticked. Marc |
