I can only remember the chorus (?) "I'll wear a kilt and look so bold, I'll even kiss you with a cold. I'll be a Scotsman for you." It isn't a folk song, possibly Music Hall, possibly American. I sang the line to my husband (a real Scot!) who knows practically every song ever written and he gaped as though I'd gone mad. HELP! |

Very similar, but they sang ' I'd wear a kilt and look so bold and half kill myself with the cold...I'd sit on a thistle for you. Also......You're a naughty little.....oh I didn't say it. Very similar. Think it was a music hall song. Thanks for reminding me about it. |
