From: Acorn4 Our friends Colin and Rosie Grantham, organisers of Moira Furnace Folk Festival, had their campervan stolen from their drive last night - no keys were taken so either by being lifted or towed or started by foul means. 20 Nov 17 - 02:49 PM (#3889492) Subject: RE: BS: Folk Police Needed!-campervan stolen From: jojofolkagogo Yes bummer indeed - I had my Ford Transit Camper conversion stolen on 14th Aug 17 - I presume it was either towed or broken into - the Police (real ones!) said probably with a Tibbe Key (you can see how to steal a Transit with such a key on U Tube!!) REG : BX11 HUA Sorry sont know how to put on a photo but it was plain white, rear windows and plastic windows at the sides behind cab. However my insurance have now paid up and so the van is now theirs !! Let others beware - get tracker, wheel clamp, etc. |
