She passed 11+ to the girls High School and events recalled from her diary totally believable ~ Dave Burland and The Wheatsheaf pub (had about 3 incarnations of folk club there) ~ was popular pub for drinkers, folkies and even Longsword dancers over time ~ bottom of Racecommon Rd upstairs separate room ~ right on the corner being edge of town and 6 roads all converged ~ now a roundabout and Wheatsheaf knocked down! Have a listen ~ recommended Ray |
