.. open minded folkies might find find this an intelligent interview
regarding immigrant musicians connecting within British culture...

Unfortunately the BBC "Reggae Fever: David Rodigan" documentary has already expired a few days ago..

I saw the interview by chance (I wasn't familiar with the artist) and was impressed with Sawhney's depth of thought.

We sometimes have discussions on Mudcat about what influence singing has on the social and political sphere. Sawhney believes it does play an important part.
