Info about Susie Leicester - singer/banjo in 1960s

Hello everyone,

I'm an archivist here at the American Folklife Center, processing a collection that includes a live recording made by Susie Leicester, on January 29, 1965. She plays banjo and sings "Whiskey Sally," "Cluck Old Hen," "Cumberland Gap," and "Rain and Snow." Recorded in (possibly) Connecticut. Does this name sound familiar to anybody?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I emailed Debby McClatchy to see if she might know.
Hope you don't mind that I augmented your thread title.

Thanks, Joe; no, I don't mind the edit--it's been so long since I posted I didn't recall the protocol. The names mentioned thus far aren't familiar to me, so thanks for contacting Debby McClatchy.

Sincerely, Marcia Segal

If there is contact info for Sara Grey or Frank Hamilton, I'd welcome this. But if you think they would prefer a familiar contact, perhaps someone else would be willing. Thanks in advance.
