I was playing them just the other day - The Call and the Answer recorded by Sue at Faldingworth on YouTube (which made me dig out the albums again). One such was coming across Bill & Dave performing at the memorial event held for Brian Dawson in Sleaford - great stuff! There was also a superb offering from John Connolly (a writer of sea shanties according to the dimwits at the BBC!). Hey hum!! |
