I am looking for some 12 bar verses that mention trees.

Example:
If you don't like my peaches , Baby don't you shake my tree
If you don't like my peaches , Baby don't you shake my tree
Get outa my orchard and let my peaches be.

You didn't say that the song needs to be well-known. Here's the first verse from a rather obscure song I wrote, "The Ex-Arboreal Porcupine Blues":

Here's the situation I want you to consider if you please.
Here's the situation I want you to consider if you please.
Now, it seems that porcupines are accidentally falling out of trees.

For more information, start here.

John Mayall's Bluesbreakers had a song on the album 'A Hard Road'
that started with the words
Well, I'm sitting in the rain under that old green tree ...

(nice guitar work from the late lamented Peter Green)

Cherry Tree Blues

Song by Tab Benoit

When I first met you, babe
I was green as I could be
When I first met you, babe
Lord, I was green as I could be
And then you know, I let you in my garden
And you went straight for my cherry tree

You didn't touch my apples
And you didn't want my plums
You just, you wham bam with your axe, baby
And you didn't leave me none
Oh, baby, don't you remember me?
'Cause I'm sure that you're the one who
Who chopped down my cherry tree

Now answer me, babe
And don't just tell a lie
Did you pick all of my cherries
And just leave 'em out to dry?
Oh, baby, don't you remember me?
'Cause I'm sure that you're the one who
Who chopped down my cherry tree

There be one thing baby that I know
There be one thing baby that I know
This here tree, she's a gotta go

I carved our initials in the bark of this tree
I carved our initials in the bark of this tree
With the outline of a heart all around you and me

You really hurt me baby, but you know it's not your fault
You really hurt me baby, but you know it's not your fault
Your heart is locked up tight, just like a vault

So here I stand, going to cut down that tree
So here I stand, going to cut down that tree
It's the last link that connects between you and me

(There are men that will make you books, and turn them loose into the world, with as much dispatch as they would do a dish of fritters. < Cervantes)
