Lyr Req: Sweet Jivin' Mama (Blind Blake)

My son is looking for lyrics to this song. He's been trying to learn it off the Essential Recordings of Blind Blake CD, and none of us can decipher what Blake's singing. I've tried some web searches, but am such a novice at it, I can't come up with anything useful. Can any of the Mudcatters help with lyrics or links? Many thanks in advance!

From Stefan Grossman's Early Masters of American Blues Guitar: Blind Blake by Blind Blake, Stefan Grossman (Van Nuys, CA: Alfred Publishing Co., Inc., 1994, 2007), page 82:

SWEET JIVIN' MAMA
As recorded by Blind Blake

1. Did you ever know a woman with a red {tooth behind her smile}*? (2x)
Sometimes you thought she ought to be buried alive.

2. When a woman act right she's sweet as sweet can be. (2x)
A sweet talking woman made a chump out of me.

3. I got a sweet woman, she sure got me on the floor. (2x)
She hears me coming, get her husband out of doors.

4. Sweet jivin' mama, make a man done gone and ... (2x)
But a jivin' woman, make a man....

5. My friends done tell me, don't listen to no woman talk. (2x)
But a sweet jivin' mama make me stuff my friends and walk.

(* Note: I really can't hear clearly the end phrase for lines 1 & 2. [SG])
