If I am right in what I am thinking (I can't think of anybody else who would fit the host name I get, location wise), you are using netscape, entering the hearme page and just getting stuck there with a grey screen. Assuming that is correct, uninstalling an reinstalling Netscape can work but it sometimes fails. The only guaranted solution is to use IE for Hearme. Jon |
