Secondly, when you clicked on the link, did you then click on song circle (sometimes I find I have to do this twice, if the page hasnt loaded properly first time. What you should see is a pop up window, which will just be blank grey at first, until you are connected. Oh, youre not using a Mac are you, I think it doesnt work on macs.
