He was talking about setting up a song session with some of his friends and I thought it would be a great chance to meet some of the 'catters face to face. The first time was at a concert at the Chocolate Church in Bath, Maine. I was working as a volunteer and helped lug in the crates of LP's that Caroline wanted to get sold off. We had a very nice time and I agree that they are special and shouldn't be missed. The second time was at the Mystic Sea Music Festival where I was, once again, working as a volunteer. (is there a pattern here?) I believe they are probably too busy for something like this but I will send them a message and let them tell me that. Thanks for the suggestion. Easy Rider - I don't know how close Bethel is but I will be gone from the area by the 23rd. I have a coffeehouse of my own to run on the 22nd at the aforementioned Chocolate Church. If you are ever heading up to Maine drop me a line and I'll let you know what's happening in the area. Have a good show! |
