Don't know if this song is Country, Folk , probably singer song writer . I know I heard it on the radio years ago . Think it might have been on a radio show called Something Different . All I can remember is that it was sung by a woman . and the line "can I help it if my my heart is big enough for two" About a woman that falls in love too easily I think ? Looked those words up every which way to sunday . It's driving me crazy . Can any body help ? Dee

The song is called "Big Enough for Two" and it was sung by Lyn Hardy on Catskill Mountain Goose Chase, one of the albums she made with Jay Ungar some 20 or so years ago. The tape is still available from Rounder Records (click the link).

The first open mic Maggie and I played at circa 1981, she sang this song. We haven't done it in thirty years. I loved it. Time to dig it out again.
