My personal favourite at the moment is the Castle Bar Cafe; on those rare weekends that I have the time to head to the big smoke the Friday night session in the Castle Bar Cafe is where I'm to be found. From: GUEST,Patrish I went to a pub in Edinburgh and I could not find the loos - they were in a hidden panel that was a bookcase - but then when I got through the "door" I was faced with a choice of two doors, neither of them informed me which was ladies or men. Someone told me it was a session, so I packed heat, but it seemed to be a house band playing in the basement. I spent my last evening on Scottish soil there and I too feel nostalgic. From: mactheturk During the song circle at the TASS I thought of our good fortune in finding my grandparents house in Old Cumnock and how the current owners, Billy and Anna had been so nice, inviting us in for cake and tea then whiskey and beer... and the night we spent with them on the town. In the taxi, on the way back to the hotel, I told them that our day together was the highlight of our trip, and it was.. back in LA, on the freeway I slip in a CD..
