Evening, ma'am! Are you just refreshing threads to bring them to the top? or researching blues? you might want to do a thread with links to blues threads if you want to bring them to somebodies attention.

Or are you having trouble posting? In that case you might want to Check out the newcomers FAQ at the top of the threads listing.

No offense intended, just it is surprising to see so many blank posts.

Lucille...when you click "submit message" at the bottom,it sends the whole thread to the top with your name on a blank post.Click "forum home" when you are through reading the post, and it won't rise to the top

no - nothing wrong! But you can hit "forum home" after reading a thread to get back to the listing and that doesn't add a blank message at the end, or, if you wish to make a comment, then you can type it in and hit "submit message.

the "back" button on your browser will also get you back to your listing without adding blank messages.

Wasn't sure if you were deliberatly bringing the threads "up" or whether you were having trouble.

if you join as a member, you will get a "trace" function that will track threads you have an interest in, whether or not they have fallen off the main page.

Welcome to the MudCat. It is indeed a great resource.

Hi Lucille,

Welcome. The blues just about does it for me every time. Hang around, you'll have lots of fun. Be sure to check out hearme (live song circle) in the evenings. Generally some blues mixed in there. Be sure to post to the threads. Us blues fans would love to hear what you've got to say.

Oh, and be sure to listen in to Mudcat Radio on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 eastern time. Max, to whom we are all so grateful for creating this site, hosts the show which runs the gamut and always includes hime doing some blues.
