When I was a baby and in a stroller, I used to bang the backs of me legs on the support bar underneath. My Dad said if it had been anyone else, I would have broken my legs. Not me. Also, I walk at least 3 miles a day, with a 60lb+ backpack on. Sometime you have to walk a mile in 4 minutes with that thing on. Also, there are LOTS of flights of stairs here at the school of art. 6 flights...I got up and down them several times a day. So there you have it. My mom and sisters agree I would look good in a kilt...no reason to disbelieve them is there? Always trust the women's opinions! --M |

From: Bat Goddess When I was 80 lbs. younger, I used to model (nude) for a coupla drawing groups in Kennebunkport and North Berwick -- artists whose names you might recognize. One of the first "dates" Curmudgeon and I went to was a show opening at a K'port gallery that turned out to be mostly me sans attire. But I don't own any of tthose. What I DO have (in tif or jpeg format) is a lovely drawing (from imagination, thank you!) by Bob Nilson (official Press Room artist) of me reclining in my Lavinia Peacock pose dressed only in the flower between my teeth.
