30 Dec 00 - 10:59 PM (#366002) Subject: For Spaw II: New Year's -doings & hopes From: Helen This thread started here: Click here http://www.mudcat.org/thread.cfm?threadid=28979&messages=123 I forgot: my other NYR (New Year's Revolution) is to get my house (literally) in order. Hubby and I just did a bit of work towards that. We're having a barbecue at 4pm (1 hour's time - aaarrrgh!) for all of our friends before they go off to do different New Year's Eve partying things, so we just reorganised & cleaned the kitchen and sitting room a bit. It feels good getting everything sorted out and organised. I just want to motivate myself to get the whole house sorted out. Never marry in your mid-forties to a man who also has a houseful of furniture, whitegoods, pots, pans, etc etc etc, not to mention computers. Helen |

That was/is hard! I went to the store and bough all the SlimFast I could find. At the checkout the young woman who was running the register said, "This stuff can't be for you!". I said to her and I say to you, Sorcha, "God bless you!". As I said earlier, I wear it well. I'm just tired of wearing it. I suspect that I have gained about ten or 15 pounds since the Adventure. I'd hit the road in a minute again if I weren't committed to my current situation. (But I'm dubious as to whether any weight was lost on the road.) |
